4. Payments and Refunds

Unless otherwise stated in writing, all fees are due according to the agreed payment schedule. Due to the nature of digital services, consulting, coaching, and marketing work, payments may be non-refundable once work has commenced.

All content, systems, templates, strategies, workflows, graphics, documents, training materials, and proprietary methods developed by ADUS 3M LLC remain the property of ADUS 3M LLC unless otherwise agreed in writing.
